Potentia renews lead partnership with Lionspeed GP for the 2026 season
After a strong 2025 endurance campaign, Potentia Inc. will continue as lead partner of Lionspeed GP for the 2026 GT racing season.
Frankfurt, Germany. Potentia Inc. has confirmed that it will continue as lead partner of Lionspeed GP for the 2026 season, extending a relationship that began ahead of the 2025 campaign into a second year of GT endurance racing.
A strong 2025 season
In its first season alongside Potentia, Lionspeed GP campaigned its Porsche 911 GT3 R in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup. The highlight came at the 24 Hours of Spa, where the crew of Ricardo Feller, Patrick Kolb, Riccardo Pera, and Gabriel Rindone finished fourth in the Bronze class after completing 546 laps of one of the most demanding races on the calendar.
The team also drew international attention at the Nürburgring, where it ran the power-restricted Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport that four-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen shared with Chris Lulham as Verstappen earned his Nürburgring Nordschleife permit.
Across the year, Lionspeed showed the consistency and pace of a front-running customer team, building momentum that both partners intend to carry into 2026.
