- Potentia seeks no tax abatements at its announced park, so the full assessed value funds local services from the start
- At Heartland Industrial Park (Sullivan County, Indiana), stated commitments include ~$65B total investment expected by 2030, ~2,750 construction jobs during build-out, 500+ permanent local jobs above the regional average wage, $54M+ committed to Sullivan County in direct payments and contributions, $0 tax abatements sought, and 15 acres donated for a new fire station.
